Analytics
Google is POQ’s provider of web analytics tools, and Google is the data processor for the data collected for web analytics. POQ uses Google Analytics to compile statistics that we use to analyze, improve and further develop www.poq-berlin.com. Examples of what the statistics give us are: how many people visit different pages, how long the visit lasts, which websites the users come from and which browsers are used.

Newsletter
POQ sends out newsletters via e-mail. The newsletters contain current information from POQ. Newsletters are voluntary to subscribe to, and in order to become a subscriber you have to register an email address yourself. Mailchimp is the data processor for the newsletter. Your email address is stored in a separate database table, not shared with others, and deleted when you cancel your subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time via a link in the newsletter.
Soundcloud
Soundcloud may use cookies and other tracking technologies for storing information, including pixels (also known as a “web beacon” or “clear GIFs”), local storage, and device indetifiers, to help provide, protect and improve the Soundcloud Platform. For example, to save your preferences, personalize content, target ads based on your interests, combat fraud and abuse, and streamline the functioning of and your access to the Platform.

We do our best to keep your personal data safe. We use secure protocols such as HTTPS to communicate and transmit data on the site. We use anonymization and pseudonymization where practical. We monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks.
Although we do our best, we cannot guarantee the security of information 100%. We will do everything we can reasonably to prevent security breaches and to assist the authorities should any breaches occur.
